Tracking the Best in Country Club Living
The Aristotle Index tracks country clubs and homes on the grounds of country clubs. The Aristotle Index augments traditional word of mouth club shopping. The Institute began studying the country club residential market in 2004 and has developed a proprietary model for tracking the historical value of country club homes. New models are being researched that offer projections of a home’s future value; based upon varying economic forecasts. The Aristotle Country Club Profile —details the club’s physical facilities; the financial health; and an ‘Insiders’ look at the membership.

Aristotle was the student of Plato. Aristotole's club was Lyceum. His sport was a teacher. with the physical activity coming from his brisk ‘Walk-Abouts’. He was smart enough, even as a young man, to leave the clubs at home. The breath of Aristotle’s interest, teachings and writings included: logic, philosophy, ethics, physics, biology, psychology, politics, and rhetoric. Aristotle’s combined works were branded ‘The Organon’. In Metaphysics, Aristotle surmised there was an ultimate reality; including accounts of real living things, like vegetables, animals, and humans. One wonders as to the logic of a ‘three putt’ or Aristotle’s resulting rhetoric?
